Organic Commerce Ltd is the successor of the company established in 2004 ET “Eurochois – Nikolay Halachev” , went through various transformations to adopt its current appearance.
The company has the ambition to offer to the Bulgarian and international market a variety of unique organic products with guaranteed origin and precise processing possessing superior taste qualities and valuable medicinal properties.
The activity of the company is focused in the following main directions:
- Collecting, drying and processing of wild organically certified and conventional fruits and herbs, carefully collected in the region of Veliki Preslav and the Vrbik section of the eastern Balkan Mountains.
- Organic cultivation of fruits and herbs on own and rented areas and their processing and sale
- Trade in high quality organic products of own and foreign production.
In 2021, Organic Commerce began producing cold-pressed juice from chokeberry and elderberry fruit harvested from its own organically certified fields.
We have also started production of fruit and herb flours.
The company’s production base is located in the village of Khan Krum, Veliki Preslav Municipality.
We have reliable and automated machines for drying and processing the harvested raw materials.
Our goal is to produce and offer high quality organic products, having natural taste and aroma and beneficial properties for human health.
Our aim is to use all natural resources sustainably and to produce without polluting the environment.
Our ambition is to preserve local agricultural traditions and promote Bulgarian products on the European and world market.
The economic and geopolitical processes in Bulgaria in the last decade have been very dynamic. Bulgaria, as part of the European Union, has started to be present on the European market. For this purpose, it was necessary for Bulgarian enterprises to retrain and modernise in order to be able to adequately meet European quality requirements and to reduce the cost but increase the added value of the product. Organic Commerce Ltd is part of these processes and as a representative of small business in Bulgaria strives to meet European requirements and standards. Over the last few years the company has implemented innovative ideas in the field of organic fruit and herb cultivation, building its own organic plantations and succeeding in 100% certification.
