The blossoms of this unique plant help to :

They blossom and are harvested in May – June.

We planted our gardens with much love and care back in 2014. Loaded with enthusiasm , no experience and with a lot of hope. The little information we had was not enough to start our venture smoothly. After a few years of experimentation the result came. We created a beautiful garden in a suitable location for our plants to feel they were “on their own territory”. We shaped our plants like bushes. We built drip irrigation.

The blossoms are harvested in May and June, leaving some to mature.

We dry the harvested blossoms on a scaffold in the shade or in a chamber dryer at 40 degrees with plenty of air.

From fresh elderberry blossoms we prepare a unique cooling syrup.
